The Gayatri & Satya Yoga School is located in Ljubljana where we teach a variety of yoga courses. We hold an international license for the education of future hatha yoga teachers and a license for the education of yoga teachers for pregnant women. Join us and become part of our long-standing family where we all know each other.

Our yoga school is constantly following trends and developments, so we have introduced some innovations. These yoga practices are suitable for everyone! In the programs we offer, everyone can find something to suit. The following types of yoga are available:

  • TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA FOR EMOTIONAL BALANCE - YIN YOGA - YOGA FOR ANXIETY
  • VINJASA POWER FLOW
  • YOGA FOR PREGNANT WOMEN
  • KIDS YOGA
  • YOGA FOR COMPANIES
  • ONLINE YOGA

SUMMER YOGA AT THE SAVA (RIC SAVA) AT TOMAČEV. Every FRIDAY at 6 p.m. (in fine weather).

Price: 10 euros per visit; or a package of 4 visits = 35 euros.

New! We use a yoga bike or yoga wheeler. This is a yoga aid that is currently a real hit in the world. We work on mobility, balance, it is a great tool for all those who do not reach a certain level of mobility with their own weight, yoga wheeler will definitely allow you to do it in a fun way.

HATHA YOGA TEACHER COURSE (RYT-200 and RJU-300) In cooperation with the American Yoga Alliance and the Yoga Association of Slovenia. Start: April 2021 ("spring" group)

TEACHING YOGA COURSE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN Start: February 2021

In our school, we teach multiple combinations of Yin Yoga which are suitable for anxiety disorder such as: generalized disorder, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety, specific phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression and all types of daily stress.

We also learn variations of asanas through movement, expression of emotions and feelings through the medium of dance dynamics of complex dynamic body movement. At our group meetings, we talk about anxiety disorders and depression. These practises are beneficial for all ages and helps maintain balance, benefits joints, bones and muscles. It teaches us how to mentally prepare for the normal ageing process of the body. It is perfect for attention, concentration, and emotional well-being. Yoga is ideal for senior citizens because it keeps the body and mind in good shape. The practice is adapted for any potential health problem.

Due to the current coronavirus situation, we are available for yoga courses online using ZOOM.

You can join at the following dates:

  • MONDAY at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • TUESDAY at 19:00
  • WEDNESDAY at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • THURSDAY at 7 p.m.
  • FRIDAY at 9:00 and at 19:00
  • SATURDAY at 19:00
  • SUNDAY at 19:00
